The Chinchinim Deussua Village Panchayat has decided to organize the annual Chinchinim Fest, without the use of single use plastic. Such steps by the village panchayats would go a long way in making Goa clean.
We as citizens should support such initiatives of the local governments. When we work closely with the garbage management committees, it becomes much more effective.
