"Sugarcane is crushed to extract the juice. It is filtered and boiled. While boiling keep removing impurities. When it becomes thick and put to any shape for cooling. Some people use baking soda for whitening. I haven't. It was just an experiment. Thanks for appreciation." #LearningJourney
