What do you do with Amla ?

  1. Amlas deseeded and sugar added.Keep this for 3 days.

  2. Just a couple of hours and the sugar melted

  3. 2 trays like this. Had used 2 kilos Amla and almost 800 gms sugar. Dried for 4 days.

  4. The syrup that came out after adding sugar, we dilute and have as a refreshing drink or add to our cocktails
