Traditionally foods available during the summer, are stored using various techniques so that they can be consumed during the monsoon season. (Saving for the rainy day)
Mr Vinay Nevrekar keeps sundried jackfruit seeds coated as well as covered with soil as shown in picture below in a safe corner in the house away from any potential moisture content.
The seeds can then be boiled and either eaten just like that or be added in monsoon veggies like Taro/Taikhilo etc.
